I’ve lost my card
If you lose your Pilsen Card:
- block the card by calling our information line on 371 655 600 (you’ll need to know the password you gave on the card application form) or by going in person to a PMDP Customer Centre (if you did not give, or have forgotten, the security question and answer),
- write to us at email@example.com and ask whether your card has been found,
- if we don’t have your card, we will – on request – make a duplicate (either overnight or while-you-wait for the price given in the Pilsen Card services price list) and transfer the content of the original card onto it.
